How this works

Open Get started. Enter the company name (we suggest a short login name from it), your email, which Odoo version, and how many people will sign in. Tick the apps on the right. The total at the bottom updates before you pay.

Paying

The total is a monthly subscription. Your card is charged today and again each month. We only create your Odoo after the first charge succeeds. Then we show your login and a one-time password — copy it before you leave that page. If a later charge fails, the company is paused until payment works again. The data stays; people just cannot log in until then.

Where you work day to day

This website is only for signing up and prices. After setup, open odoo.odoodeploy.com and sign in with the email you gave us. Do not add a port number to that address.

What you can change later

Inside Odoo you can run the apps you paid for. You cannot install extra apps or open the system settings from there. To add apps or people, that is a change to the subscription — come back here or ask us, rather than looking for an Apps menu in Odoo.

Change the card

Open Manage billing. Enter the short name and the email on the account. Stripe lets you update the payment method, see invoices, or cancel at the end of the month.
